At WM&I, we’re a tight-knit crew, led by our owner, Flippie du Plessis. With over 20 years of experience, Flippie isn’t just the guy running the show—he’s right there in the field, leading by example. His hands-on approach ensures that every project gets done with precision and care. He’s all about the details, and you can bet nothing slips through the cracks when he’s on-site.
Our service manager, Coenie de Bod, keeps things running like a well-oiled machine. Coenie brings years of experience managing large-scale projects, so whether it’s a big industrial installation or routine maintenance, he makes sure everything’s on schedule and within budget. Together, we make a great team that’s always ready to roll up our sleeves and get the job done.
